Have you ever wondered how you build a floor? Well in Congo, it seems there are three steps to the process…
Step 1
Get some very large stones.
Step 2
Lay the large stones in place and cover with gravel.
Step 3
Finish it with cement.
How we’ve helped
The $500 we sent in January 2014 was used to lay a new floor in one of the classrooms of the Aru Nursing Institute. It paid for 7 pick-up loads of stones and some plywood for the ceiling of the same classroom.
