Story — New Medical Books!

October 24, 2014Aru Nursing College, Joss Saunders, Purchasing supplies, Rob Wendover, Story

Last year we sent new books for the library in Aru Nursing Institute.

We bought new books in Paris (with a small discount for educational establishments) which were kindly taken out to DRC by Semilki friends Paul and Julia.

For quality nursing education the most up-to-date quality books are needed, that is why we bought the best we could find. These make a big impact on the training. The photo shows our wonderful Semiliki trustees, Rob, Joss, Kate and our surgical adviser, Tim.

We’ve had pictures back showing the books being used, you can see them here.
